
COACHING
Coaching is a process which takes place over an average of 6 sessions. The coach enables you to identify where you really want to be in your life, and supports you to plan and take the steps to get there. You will become more aware of what enhances your life and what holds you back.
If you are ready and willing for change in your life, a coach can help you with:

- Coping with change
- Moving on after recovery from illness or loss.

Free Introductory Session to find out if coaching and the coach are right for you.
£50 per session. (Each session lasts approximately one hour with session one taking up to one and a half hours.)
