Stretch and Strengthen

Stretch & Strengthen one to one sessions are exercises tailored to your specific needs and goals. Borrowing from yoga and Pilates, the exercises range from core conditioning to deep stretches. Whatever your age or ability, you will be guided through specific exercises to allow you to build a better understanding of your body and get more from each exercise.

These exercises aim to:-

  • Re-build and improve your core muscles
  • Use strengthening exercises to increase power in the legs, ankles and back
  • Enhance spine mobility
  • Develop flexibility, using passive and active stretches
  • Improve balance

Tuesdays, from 11am until 7pm.

£40 for an hour

Group classes

Stretch & Strengthen group classes are a unique combination of exercises which will leave you feeling strong, energised and invigorated! Please give Agathe a call if you have any questions, on 07969 228389.

Pre-booked 4-week blocks to assist with progress.

Tuesdays, 7.30pm (60min)

£40 for a block of 4 classes, limited to 6 participants, bring your own mat, advance booking necessary.

Block dates:

19, 26 Sept and 3, 10 Oct

24, 31 Oct and 7, 14 Nov

21, 28 Nov and 5, 12 Dec

Dates for 2018 tbc.

Agathe may have both a beginners (6.30pm) and advance (7.30pm) group. Enquire for more details.
